I Failed

I failed. I failed really hard at something. Something that I really wanted.

While discussing it with my coach, I told her that I gave it my all but then she lovingly called me out on it. In reality, I didn’t give it my all and I failed because of self sabotage.

From the beginning, I had tons of unchecked thoughts about how it would never work out; and guess what? It didn’t.

Looking back now, I can see how I helped create this outcome with my unquestioned beliefs.

My friends, self coaching never ends 😉

How many times have you sabotaged something you really wanted?

It’s incredible how powerful our God given brains are.

We can help create negative and positive outcomes by what we believe.

I’ve gotten really good at believing that I am good at losing weight and I will get to my goal weight. And I’m almost there.

Now, I am learning to apply those weight loss skills to the rest of my life.

Although I’ve “failed” at something really important to me, I am not quitting. I am using this as a growth opportunity and I will keep moving forward.

Learn to use your “failures” for growth and keep moving forward.

Blessings,

Angela
