However Long It Takes

Happy November Loves!

Are you willing to work towards what you want no matter how long it takes?

It took me 1,460 days or 4 years to reach my goal of losing 90lbs. Sure, I could have done it quicker (and some of my clients do) but for me, losing it slowly was part of my journey of losing this weight for the last time.

The belief, patience and resilience that this process developed in me is something that I wouldn’t trade for the world and that I am so thankful for.

I used to give up on my weight loss goals when it felt too hard or like it was taking too long. That’s what kept me in the painful cycle of losing weight and then gaining it all back(plus more) for so many years.

I didn’t believe in myself or the process. I didn’t realize what I was capable of but I also believed that difficulty or things taking longer than I wanted or expected meant that I should quit. I was wrong.

When working towards your goals, you will experience setbacks and disappointments but you will also experience steps forward and successes. They are all part of the journey of getting to where you want to go.

The only way to fail is to give up or not start in the first place 🙌🏼

Imagine where you could be 4 years (or even just 1 year) from now if you decided to start today and not quit…

We have two months left of this year and this decade. Are you going to put off going after what you want til next year or are you going to decide to do something today?

Message me if you want to start losing (instead of gaining) weight this holiday season! If you can lose weight during the holidays, the rest of the year is a piece of cake(not literally 😂)!

Blessings,

Angela
